GloR Childcare Consultancy truly embraces “our aim of bringing

quality childcare for children. The vision also embodies our roots in
which GloR consultancy stems from.
Anita is the brilliant mind behind GloR Childcare Consultancy experienced in
the childcare educational sector and highly skilled in leading teams
and supporting various business operations. She is passionate and
shares a deep sentiment and ethos that anyone seeking support
for their child would identify and endorse. She believes that early
childhood experience has a greater impact on later stage in life,
therefore every child deserves the best start of life.
Acted as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) INCLUDING;
Refering all cases of suspected abuse to the local authority children’s social care.
- Acting as a DSL refer to the local authority designated officer (LADO) for child protection concerns (all cases which concern a staff member)
- Liaising with the Senior Management to inform him or her of issues especially ongoing enquiries under section 47 of the Children Act 1989
and police investigations - Acting as a source of support, advice and expertise to staff on matters of safety and safeguarding and when deciding whether to make a
referral by liaising with relevant agencies
In the time of Covid, Anita emabarked on and secured a funding project for an outdoor classrom to provide children with enough outdoor
space for a nursery regulated by Islington council. Anita also provided enough home schooling materials for children who were unable to
attend nursery and supported them through online learning sessions.

Evaluating the quality of early years education.
I can carry out a review of the effectiveness of practice and provision within the early years foundation stage. I can work with leaders to support them to carryout effective self-evaluation of the quality.
